TERA Launches New Counterpunch Update
En Masse Entertainment have announced plans for the next update titled “Counterpunch”, that brings with it a new class, or.. at least the removal of gender-locking on a specific class, along with its official console launch.
Male Brawler Announced
Let’s start with news on the removal of gender-locking on the Brawler.
En Masse released information that the Human race would be gaining access to male Brawler’s along with the update scheduled for March 13.
He joins his female-Human counterpart for “equal-opportunity ass-kicking”.
Along with the brawler update, players will recive access to an overhauled normal and hard mode Ruinous Manor dungeon, along with the new Battlegrounds leaderboard.
When the Counterpunch update goes live on March 13, players will receive a box that contains various helpful items such as XP boosts, an elite status voucher, free mounts and more.
Additionally, players will get a free character slot just for logging in between March 13-20. A free temporary set of Mechanic Weapon skins, and a free lootbox during the Weekend Warriors event between March 17-18.
TERA PlayStation 4 & Xbox One Console Release
Finally, En Masse further went on to elaborate on the official open beta release date for TERA’s console release for both PlayStation 4 and Xbox One.
The open beta will begin on March 9, 2018, and run through until March 12, 2018.
Players will be able to download the client through the PlayStation Store or Microsoft Store starting March 9.
