Can Christmas Save Fiesta Online?

So Wiggy and I decided to take a second look at Fiesta Online in hopes that we could change our initial opinion of the game (which you can find right here). So, how did it hold up? Ugh. I daresay it was just as boring, if not more boring than our first time as this time around our mount had expired, and we had to run around the game world on foot – which isn’t as fun as you’d think. Coupled with Fiesta Online’s slow combat, it made for one of the worst gaming days in recent memory.

I know that there are people that enjoy the game, and I know we’re still low level, but honestly, if a game takes this long to grip you – that being several hours – what incentive is there to keep on playing?
