by ByteStixWhile Wiggy is currently away for the day, I decided to take a look at an Indie MMORPG called PlaneShift – a self proclaimed “RP MMORPG” that is attempting to take things back to RPG games’ roots. Which is a great idea, honestly, with all the carbon copy MMORPGs made these days.
While the game is incomplete, it does have a certain charm to it (as do the people I see) that make the game seem much more than your ordinary MMORPG with cussing and people ignoring each other (even though the MM stands for Massive Multiplayer.)
All in all I enjoyed my time and believe the game has a definite potential to be something very entertaining if enough time and effort is dedicated to it, and enough people give it a chance.
