The game utilizes segregated zones, allowing players large areas to explore but at the same time very little to do in them, as this is a very grindy game.
There are dungeons, raids, and various PvP modes to engage in.
Metin2 is one of the heaviest grinds I’ve ever played through. There are millions of monsters in every zone and you have to grind through hundreds, if not thousands of them to progress through your level. Thankfully there’s an auto-play mechanic built in that allows you to bypass some of that grind by having it grind for you while you do something else otherwise this would be impossible to play.
