You need to upgrade your character to level 30 to continue the story. In order to do that, on way is to meditate ( need level 28 ) then challange the npc( you had fight two of them before, click the ‘综合’ button at the right bottom then click ‘兵器谱’ to see where the npc is), another way is to finish the branch line (click the yellow icon at the right bottom to find out more ).
